Beef BurgerIngredients
250g minced beef,  
½ medium red onions, finely chopped 50g fresh bread crumbs Salt and freshly ground black pepper 
4 Rye Bread Buns 
Shredded Ice berg Lettuce 
4 Gherkins 
2 Tomatoes 
Tomato Relis 
Method
·       
  Lightly fry the diced onion
  and add to minced beef 
·       
  Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Use the bread
  crumbs as required to bind and lighten the mixture. 
·       
  Divide into 4 then gently and lightly mould and pack
  each burger together into smallish cricket-ball-sized shapes.  
·       
  Place on the griddle and cook for about 4 minutes each
  side.  
·       
  Griddle bun, a little salad, some gherkins, tomato
  salsa and a bottle of Ketchup
